Mysterious and powerful, this otherworldly image was captured first in my mind, then my lens and finally in the painting. Ash 1 is the third of the Lux Lady Series of mixed-media originals. The Lux Ladies are created in special metal leafs and are inspired by the spirit, sparkle and movement of Las Vegas. Her torso has over 70 sheets of gold leaf.
