A Heartfelt Thanks
Today, on this wonderful occasion, we all take a cherished moment to say “Thanks…” to those who are near and dear to our hearts, and to extend our warmest holiday wishes to friends and family alike. In a world that often feels fast-paced and chaotic, these moments of gratitude remind us of what truly matters.
It’s truly a special time to spend with those who are most important in our lives, creating memories that we will treasure forever.
But, as we gather around the table filled with delicious food and laughter, I believe it is equally important to pause and reflect on all we have to be grateful for — our health, our friendships, and the simple joys that enrich our everyday lives.
Let us take a moment to recognize the struggles others face and find ways to lend a helping hand.
This Thanksgiving, let us not only celebrate but also acknowledge the many blessings that surround us. As we express our gratitude, let’s also commit to spreading kindness and generosity beyond this season.
Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.
— Eckhart Tolle
Speaking only for myself, I have much to be grateful for in my life. I have been blessed in so many ways, with good health and by the amazing people in my life, each of whom has contributed to my journey in unique and meaningful ways. Their support, wisdom, and kindness have shaped who I am today, and I cherish the moments we’ve shared and continue to share in our mutual growth.
"The only thing you should feel entitled to is gratitude."
— J.S. Mason
Each day brings a multitude of new opportunities, allowing you to constantly live with love — be there for others in their times of need, get a little light into someone’s day, and make a positive impact on their life. It is essential to recognize the importance of these moments, for they are the building blocks of meaningful relationships and experiences. Embrace gratitude and cherish every moment, living each day to the fullest and making the most of every experience. Take the time to reflect on what truly matters to you, nurturing connections with those around you, and spreading kindness wherever you go. By doing so, you contribute to a more compassionate world that uplifts us all.
Special Thanks
I recently read that feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it. So, as I mark this day, I am honored to express my special gratitude to my family and my closest friends (whom I also consider family).
And I would be remiss not to thank you, all of you, who take the time to visit this site, read my posts, and help spread its continuing message of creativity and inspiration.
And finally, a special thanks to this site’s contributors, Bob Barnes for his monthly craft beer articles, and Frank Mallinder for his inspirational posts, both of whom graciously support the growth of this project and of me as a creator and fellow human.
Mostly, thanks to God, for whom all things are possible. It is only with gratitude that life becomes rich.
