Twas the night before Christmas and the house was a mess,
Our Christmas Eve party had been a roaring success.
Voices still echoed with laughter and cheer,
And the eggnog kept flowing like holiday beer.
Christmas is about faith and family. It is a time of connecting and believing. If you listen carefully, not only will you hear Santa, you will notice the questions we ask that secure our connection to our faith and our family.

If there ever was a time when life took a big turn, this year was that for me. I would have to say that 2013 will always be remembered as a year of change for me. Some things for the better, others not so much. But that’s the same for all of us, I suppose. As my friend Frank likes to remind me, “Life is a never-ending series of temporary events.”
