IMPORTANT UPDATE — The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is under renovation, so it has leased the recently renovated BLUE BUFFALO ART GALLERY in downtown San Angelo for its forthcoming display of the LUSTER Exhibition.
I could not be more excited! These past weeks, I have been drawing, printing out photos from my recent Corvette shoots, and generally obsessing over my Corvette art project.
The LUSTER automotive and motorcycle realism art exhibition will be hosted at Blue Buffalo Gallery in downtown San Angelo for its forthcoming display of the LUSTER Exhibition.

LUSTER: Realism and Hyperrealism in Contemporary Automobile and Motorcycle Paintings is a traveling exhibition comprising over 55 paintings by nearly 15 leading photorealists and hyperrealists specializing in automobiles and motorcycles as their primary subject of choice.

June 2, 2023 — The LUSTER collection has arrived at The Dennos Museum Center in spectacularly beautiful Traverse Bay, Michigan, made famous by Ernest Hemmingway in the Nick Adams Stories, in which he chronicled the early years he spent in the area.
The LUSTER RECEPTION is Thursday, June 15, 7:00 PM at The Dennos Museum Center of Northwestern Michigan College, Traverse City, Michigan.

Luster on the Move LUSTER: Realism and Hyperrealism in Contemporary Automobile and Motorcycle Paintings exhibition is heading to its 15th destination since its premiere in 2018.
January 15 marks the end of the road for my painting, INDIAN SUMMER, which I created in the Fall of 2000 for a step-by-step article and cover for Airbrush Action magazine in April 2001. I had no idea at the time that I was creating what would be one of my all-time favorite airbrushed motorcycle paintings and, most definitely, the most traveled.
