BOULDER MOUNTAIN PARKE, 3250 N. Red Mountain, Mesa, AZ

A tribute to iconic builds and forward-thinking design. Framed by the desert horizon, the Las Sendas Car Show unites enthusiasts and elevates the art of automotive culture. Inspired by craftsmanship. Defined by community.

April 11, 2026

It could not be a more perfect day for the 9th Annual Las Sendas Fenders & Vendors Car Show at Mesa’s Boulder Mountain Park, with an abundance of amazing show cars, street rods, custom trucks, music, a 50/50 raffle, face painters, cockpit tours of two military helicopters, shopping from local businesses and restaurants, and more!

This was my second experience enjoying this car show hosted by the Las Sendas Community Association — my first was from March 29, 2025 (see last year’s post and pics here).

Last year’s turnout was huge, so I was excited for a plethora of stunning rides to fill the green. In anticipation, we arrived early to snap some amazing pics before the crowd arrived as cars rolled in. The show was scheduled from 10 AM to 2 PM, and I got a ton of fun pics before its 10 AM opening to the public, along with a few cars and crowd shots.

Returning from last year’s show, the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation‘s UH-1 Huey helicopter was still impressive. While this beast was on display only, the foundation offers two exciting options for passengers to experience flying like their heroic combat veterans in the very aircraft that served so many. They provide multiple opportunities to ride with veteran pilots, whether a personal ride at one of their Chapter Hangar locations or by scheduling an appearance at an Air Show. Check out their programs here. The impressive display inspired me to visit the Vintage Aircraft & Custom Car Show last October. Click here to see that post featuring more amazing cars.

Back to the cars — choosing a favorite would be challenging with so many great vehicles on display. For me, the car and time with friends were the prize. Regarding the vehicle prizes, they were awarded for Best Vintage—Pre 1960, Best Muscle Car—1960 through 1975, Best Classic—1976 through 1999, Best Modern—2000 to current, Best Truck (all years), People’s Choice, and Best in Show. In truth, I saw several stunning rides that would make my list. Scroll through the 100+ pics below to see a few of my favorites (there were too many outstanding rides to share just one).

There were several stunning cars I had seen before and shared in previous posts, but I still enjoy seeing them again. There were also several new cars (new to me, anyway) to enjoy, among more than 120 cars and trucks adorning the well-groomed turf.

From classic street rods, custom trucks, and muscle cars to the latest ultra-slick sports cars, there’s always something to captivate every automotive enthusiast. The powerful engines, beautiful lines, and gleaming paint jobs create an exhilarating experience. Every vehicle tells its own story and reflects the creativity and passion of its creator and owner.

As an avid Corvette fan, I was in Corvette Nirvana. Most series from C1 through C8 were well represented, and there were so many beautiful examples that I could put together another post with just Vettes, and it would have been fantastic, with no shortage of great pictures.

The CAR SHOW TIMELINE linked below shares every Arizona Car Show and Cruise-In attended to date and is regularly updated as new posts and pics are added. This is my 47th Arizona car show post since my first post in late 2024. Along the way, I’ve posted thousands of great shots of amazing cars of every variety. Check it out to find your car!  Click here for more Arizona car show posts and pics on this website. A few shows are still lined up for the season, so stay tuned for more in the following weeks.
