The word was out, calling all hot rod owners and car enthusiasts… “Bring your car, bring your friends, bring your family!” The people responded by bringing their beautiful cars, families, and dogs.

It could not be a more perfect day for the 8th Annual Las Sendas Fenders & Vendors Car Show at Mesa’s Boulder Mountain Park with an abundance of amazing cars, music, a 50/50 raffle benefiting the local PTO, face painters, cockpit tours of a Huey UH-1B helicopter, shopping from local businesses and restaurants, and more!

Corvette Nirvana at Handlebar

Arizona is Corvette Country. I don’t say that lightly, especially today, following my earlier post about the Highline Autos Cars & Coffee at High Street, which featured countless stunning examples of America’s Sports Car, poised alongside dozens of supercars and exotics. After heading back to the east side of the valley, I made my way to my favorite dining venue in Apache Junction, The Handlbar Pub & Grill, where I heard the evening before that there would be a gathering of local Corvette owners displaying their cars.

Highline Autos Cars & Coffee @ High Street

It’s been a while since I visited the Highline Autos Cars & Coffee car show at High Street in Phoenix (too long, actually). It was January of 2025 when I first discovered this epic gathering of rolling American and imported exotic supercars, boasting miles of horsepower and torque, their thunderous exhausts screaming to be let loose. Anyone who says this show is amazing is making a colossal understatement. The Highline car show is a remarkable gathering of stunning vehicles, passionate enthusiasts, and an overall atmosphere of camaraderie.

American Legion Apache Post 27 Car Show

Patriotism and desert skies shone bright for the American Legion Apache Post 27 Car, Truck & Bike Trophy Show. Several dozen beautiful rides on display, including classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods, street rods, sports cars, cool trucks, custom motorcycles of every variety, and even a cool Freightliner semi.

Heritage Academy Car Show and Concert 2026

The weather was perfect, as sports cars, muscle cars, and amazing pickups filled the parking lot at the Heritage Academy at 32 S Center St, Mesa, AZ, United States, 85210. Today I enjoyed the 5th Annual Heritage Academy Car Show & Concert. Along with Trophies, Food Trucks, Vendors, and Raffles, they featured three hours of live entertainment presented by their amazingly talented music students. Vehicle and vendor registration supports music education at Heritage Academy in Mesa.

15th Annual Mountain Bridge Classic Car Show

There were 100 places to park incredible cars at the Mountain Bridge Car Show, where owners showed off their incredible rides in the grassy-green Owners’ Club Park. Driver check-in began at 9 a.m., and the show started at 10 a.m., which ran until 1 p.m. I got there just after 9 and stayed the entire time, even catching a few great shots of cars rolling out after a great day of sunshine and car camaraderie.
