Recently, I shared that I set up a new YouTube channel for my art and Corvette art project at YouTube/@ADCook. Lately, I’ve been enjoying creating 15 second video shorts of my older paintings and new artwork as it progresses.

Mark your calendar. The date is confirmed for the official LUSTER Art Exhibition launch at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to unveil my two supersized artworks celebrating Corvette’s 70th anniversary as America’s Sports Car.

This year’s Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association Show was the biggest, baddest, best car show I’ve ever attended.

The Las Vegas Corvette Association recently marked a major milestone as it commemorated fifty years of existence. In what turned out to be a truly remarkable showcase, the association exhibited a wide range of sixty (give or take a few) Corvettes that spanned seven decades of America’s Sports Car’s illustrious existence.

Most dictionaries define momentum as motion or a series of events and speak of mass and velocity. My new art in the studio is all of that! I could not be more excited as my latest artwork, MOMENTUM, moves forward. Momentum is not about light speed. After all, the difference between the 1953 Corvette and the 2023 Corvette is seven decades of choreographed steps to get from there to here. Nothing great happens overnight.

Recently, I had the opportunity to reconnect with the stunning white Corvette Z06 that is featured in my forthcoming 70th Anniversary painting for the Luster Exhibition at the National Corvette Museum. While it was my second photography encounter with the Z06, it was my first shoot with art muse Aim Model.

June 30th is a memorable day for many Corvette enthusiasts and car lovers. Known as “National Corvette Day,” this date marks the celebration of one of America’s most iconic sports cars, the Corvette, celebrating 70 years!

I could hardly imagine a better way to start the day. Today my fabulous Corvette owners and I created an epic morning by uniting one of America’s first Corvettes with its most Current C8 Z06 for a photo shoot in Las Vegas.

This is where I go when I want to get inspired and connect with the local car community. The Las Vegas Cars & Coffee is a booming gathering of enthusiastic car folks, easy to get to, and boasts hundreds of stunning cars weekly, including some amazing Corvettes.
