It is with sadness that I share the passing of fellow automotive artist, Kris Preslan, of Lake Oswego, Oregon. An accomplished watercolor artist, Kris enjoyed creating realistic paintings of animals, vistas, cars, and her memories of Europe. As a fan of her art, I knew her as a participating artist in the LUSTER: Realism and Hyperrealism in Contemporary Automobile and Motorcycle Paintings traveling museum exhibit, where a selection of her magnificent paintings are represented.

Cook’s artworks, murals, and paintings from 1988 to now. I want to suggest that it is a complete listing, but it’s only a sampling of my favorite pieces.
